Lighting transforms the room from a standard conference space into a professional, branded event environment. It sets the mood, highlights key moments, reinforces your brand colours, and helps keep the audience engaged from arrival through to the final presentation. The main lighting options are outlined below.

Stage wash lighting gives the backdrop a polished, consistent look, with colours matched to your brand or event theme and adjusted throughout the day to suit each session.

Two remote-controlled stage spots keep presenters clearly lit and looking professional, ensuring they remain the visual focus while on stage.

Moving stage display lights add energy and visual interest, creating dynamic patterns across the stage and room to enhance launches, transitions, awards, and entertainment moments.

Remote-controlled room uplighters add depth and atmosphere by washing the walls with colour, helping the whole venue feel more immersive and aligned with your event branding.

The AV media hub enables fast control of lighting scenes, so the room can shift instantly between presentation mode, video playback, awards moments, and entertainment. For example, when a video starts, the room lighting can be dimmed immediately to focus attention on the main screen.

For evening awards presentations, programmed lighting displays help build excitement, enhance announcements, and create memorable winner walk-ups as people come on stage.

For the included Karaoke/Disco evening entertainment, the lighting systems are integrated to create a more lively party atmosphere, with scenes that change throughout the evening and react to the music.

For maximum visual impact, we recommend using a light haze where the venue allows it, as this makes beams, moving lights, and laser effects stand out more clearly. Please confirm this with the venue in advance, as haze may affect smoke detectors; many conference venues can isolate detectors during events to allow its use.
