Sound That Covers the Room

The full package is built for clear, balanced audio across a larger conference room. An eight-speaker system helps distribute speech and media evenly around the space, while front column array speakers and subwoofers give stronger projection from the stage area for keynote sessions, video playback, awards moments and evening entertainment.

Lighting & Event Atmosphere

Stage wash lighting gives the set a clean, professional look and keeps presenters clearly visible, while moving heads add energy, impact and visual movement for launches, transitions, awards and entertainment. Room uplighting can also be used to reinforce brand colours, lift the backdrop and transform a standard venue space into a stronger conference environment.

Audience Engagement & Hybrid Video

Mentimeter audience engagement can be included for live polls, Q&A, word clouds and feedback, helping presenters involve the room rather than simply speak at it. Microsoft Teams video integration is also available for remote speakers, hybrid guests or online contributors, with the Media Hub and sound system managing the content so both the room and remote participants can follow clearly.

Awards & Evening Entertainment Included

The Full Size Conference Event Package can also support a pre-built awards section, using branded screen graphics, microphone cues, lighting changes, walk-up music and stage direction to give winners a proper moment in the spotlight. When the formal sessions finish, the same AV, lighting, microphone and sound system can shift into karaoke and disco entertainment, giving the event a lively evening finish without needing to bring in a separate entertainment supplier.

Technical Support Throughout

An AVKithire technician is available throughout the event to manage setup, breakdown and live AV operation, including projector content, PowerPoint, video playback, microphones, sound levels, lighting scenes, hybrid video and entertainment handover. From first setup to the final song, you have dedicated technical support keeping the event running smoothly.
