Designed for Existing Venue Screens
This package is ideal when the venue already has a screen, LED wall or display, but the in-room audio is limited or not suitable for a professional event. AVKithire connects the content control, microphone system and sound distribution into one managed setup, helping the presentation look smooth and sound consistent across the room.
Hybrid & Audience Engagement Included
Microsoft Teams integration and Mentimeter audience engagement can be included, subject to a suitable internet connection. This makes it easier to support remote contributors, live polls, Q&A, feedback and interactive audience moments without complicating the event setup.
Optional Add-Ons
