The Hosted karoke system is simple to use and supports up to four singers at the same time, making it ideal for solos, duets, group performances, and full team singalongs. Clear display screens make the lyrics easy to follow, while high-quality sound gives both the music and performers a polished, professional feel.

With more than 80,000 songs available, there is something for every crowd, from current chart tracks and party favourites to classic singalong anthems. The catalogue also includes songs in English, Spanish, Dutch, French, Italian, and German.

Big Sound for Big Moments

We use a high-quality 2000-watt sound system with speaker column arrays to spread clear, powerful audio around the room. Levels are adjusted to suit the venue, giving the evening the right balance between party atmosphere, comfortable volume, and great vocal clarity for performers.

Lighting and Party Atmosphere

The lighting setup includes derby lights, moving heads, and lasers to give performances a lively stage feel and keep the room visually exciting throughout the night. Where the venue allows, we also recommend using a light haze machine to make the beams, movement, and laser effects stand out. The haze fluid is water-based and used lightly to enhance the atmosphere without overpowering the room.

Karaoke Displays

If the Karaoke takes place in the same room as the daytime event, we can use the main conference screens to display karaoke graphics for the audience, with a 32-inch performer screen positioned so singers can easily read the lyrics. If the evening entertainment is held in a separate space, we provide two 32-inch screens: one for performers and one for the audience.

Nightclub-Style Disco

When the karaoke finishes, the night does not have to stop. We switch the room into a nightclub-style disco, with dancefloor lighting, lasers, big sound, and a playlist designed to keep the energy up. Whether guests want throwback anthems, current hits, party classics, or a full dancefloor finish, the disco keeps the event moving from singalong moments into a proper end-of-night party.
