Our business payment terms are 30 days from invoice following receipt of a purchase order.  A  20% deposit is required on booking confirmation.

AVKitHire.com, operated by All Events Casting Ltd, is available on the SAP Business Network for customers who need to raise official purchase orders. Customers who use SAP Business Network should raise purchase orders from provided quote to All Events Casting Ltd before the event so bookings, payment terms and internal authorisation can be managed correctly.

The prices above apply to the first event day and include setup and breakdown periods. For multi-day events, check the individual service page for pricing details.

Variable costs are not included in the fixed price. These may include sundries, travel, parking, tolls, and accommodation. Details of how these costs are calculated are set out below.

Travel Costs:
Travel is charged at £0.50 per mile to and from our base in Chichester.
For example, if the venue is 100 miles from Chichester, the to and return journey is 200 miles. At £0.50 per mile, the travel cost would be £100 + VAT.

Parking and Tolls:
Most venues provide free parking. Where paid parking is required, the cost will be added. For example, if London parking is £25 per day for a two-day event, the parking charge would be £50 + VAT.

Any toll charges required to reach the event venue, such as motorway(i.e M6) or bridge tolls, will also be added.

Accommodation:
If technicians require accommodation, there are a few options. You can include them in your venue booking at the delegate rate, covering accommodation and sundries. This is usually the most cost-effective approach.

Alternatively, we can book accommodation directly with the event venue, or with the nearest suitable venue if your event venue is full and add the cost to the additional items. Sundries, including meals and drinks, are charged at £25 + VAT per technician per day.

We recommend discussing these options in advance to identify the most cost-effective solution for your event.

Additional AV Equipment:
The fixed price includes all equipment required to run a full-size conference set. Any additional equipment or requirements outside the standard package are charged at cost.

Radio Microphone Frequencies:
The AV system includes eight Sennheiser EM 100 G4 radio channels operating between 606–648 MHz, using Ofcom’s shared licensed band of 606.5–614.0 MHz. This range is suitable for most event spaces, with each radio channel offering a transmission range of up to 100 metres.

Multi-event venues may require frequencies outside this range. Where higher frequencies above 614 MHz are needed, they must be licensed through Ofcom before the event. Each licensed frequency costs £15 + VAT per day.
